The laser leveling system mainly consists of three parts: laser transmitter, laser receiver, and vehicle control system. The laser transmitter emits a 360 degree laser to form a reference plane, and the laser receiver is responsible for receiving laser signals.

▪The range of the laser signal received by the receiver is plus or minus 5 centimeters, and the system has different values.
•During the leveling process, the receiver continuously receives laser signals, and there is a reference point in the signal receiving area of the receiver. When the reference plane formed by the transmitter passes the reference point, it indicates that the current ground height meets the set requirements, and the control system does not need to control the lifting of the scraper.
•When the reference plane formed by the transmitter is higher than the reference point, it indicates that the current ground height is lower than the set requirement. The control system needs to control the scraper to rise, and the scraper can fill the depression with soil.
•When the reference plane formed by the transmitter is lower than the reference point, it indicates that the current ground height is higher than the set requirement. The control system needs to control the scraper to lower, and the scraper can shovel away the raised soil.
