What’s the composition of farm land leveling?
The farm land leveling includes a transmitter, receiver, control box, hydraulic machinery, and scraper.
1)Emitter: The emitter is fixed on a tripod. The laser transmitter emits a laser reference plane with a rotational speed of 300-600r/min and an effective beam radius of 300-450m. The mechanical part is installed on a universal joint system, so the beam plane can tilt according to the slope.
2)Receiver: The receiver is fixed on the telescopic rod of the scraper and connected to the control box with a cable. After receiving the beam emitted by the transmitter, the optical signal is converted into an electrical signal and sent to the control box through a cable.
3)Control box: receives signals from the onboard laser receiver for calculation and analysis, and sends commands to the electromagnetic hydraulic valve.
4)Hydraulic control valve: The hydraulic valve is installed on the tractor and connected to the tractor hydraulic system. When in the automatic control state, the corrected electrical signal is converted by the control box to activate the solenoid valve, change the position of the hydraulic control valve, change the flow rate and direction of hydraulic oil, and control the lifting and lowering of the flat shovel through the expansion and contraction of the oil cylinder plunger.
