How should the mower be operated and maintained when you receive it?

2024-09-05

1. When adding gear oil to the lawn mower blade, the amount of oil added should be calculated based on 0.5 liters per disc, and should not exceed the specified range. Exceeding the specified range may cause the blade to overheat.

2. The belt pulley gearbox of the grass making machine needs to be filled with 1 liter of gear oil. (It is recommended to replace the gear oil after working for 200 hours)

3. It is recommended to replace the blade gear oil after the lawn mower has been working for 72 hours for the first time (the oil should be drained under the blade). It is recommended to replace the gear oil every 200 hours after the second oil change.

4. When using a speed control valve to adjust the speed of the lawn mower, it is necessary to adjust it slowly to prevent deformation caused by collision between the blade and the ground due to the rapid descent speed of the oil cylinder. The speed control valve is connected to the oil inlet of the oil cylinder. (The descending point of the oil cylinder is the inlet)

5. When the lawn mower is walking on the road, the safety hook must be hung, and the safety hook must be opened during operation, otherwise it will damage the oil cylinder lifting connection.

6. Before starting work, the lawn mower must install the protective cloth, check the tightness of the screws, and no one is allowed to stand next to the machine during operation. After each job, it is necessary to check the tightness of the screws and the degree of wear on the cutting plate.

7. When the lawn mower is working (note that the maximum output speed of the tractor should not exceed 540 revolutions per minute), observe the tightness of the belt. After working for a period of time, adjust the belt tightness by yourself (the adjuster is located under the spline shaft).

8. If there is any abnormal sound when the lawn mower is working, it must be stopped immediately and the gearbox or blade must be checked.
