The Mounted Garden Sprayer is a large machine suitable for spraying pesticides in large orchards. The high-speed airflow of the fan helps the droplets penetrate the dense branches and leaves of the fruit trees, and also causes the leaves to turn over, which increases the adhesion rate of the liquid medicine without damaging the branches of the fruit trees or the fruits.

What's the working principle of this product?
The working principle of this product is as follows:
When the tractor drives the liquid pump to operate, the water in the medicine box enters the liquid pump through the water suction head, switch, and filter. Then it enters the liquid medicine box through the return pipe and stirring pipe of the main switch of the pressure regulating distribution cabinet. While adding water to the medicine box, the pesticide is added to the medicine box in the required proportion, so that the pesticide is mixed while adding water. During spraying, the liquid medicine in the medicine box enters the liquid pump through the outlet pipe, filter, and the water inlet pipe of the liquid pump. Under the action of the pump, the liquid medicine enters the main switch of the pressure regulating distribution valve from the outlet pipe of the pump. When the main switch is turned on, a part of the liquid medicine enters the nozzle of the spraying device through the medicine delivery pipe through two separate switches. The pressurized liquid medicine entering the nozzle is sprayed out in a mist under the action of the nozzle, and the droplets are atomized again through the strong airflow generated by the fan. At the same time, the atomized fine droplets are blown into the canopy of the fruit trees.
